The fourth in the series, OneBox Simcoe, has a light, somewhat malty base, with a solid IPA bitterness level that was dry hopped with one whole box of Simcoe. Aromas are of mango, passion fruit and mandarins. This beer is full of tropical juiciness with a pleasant hoppyness, good malt flavor and some resinous flavors rounding out the beer.
