The final in the series is One Box Ahtanum, it was designed around a light, somewhat malty base with a solid IPA bitterness level and then dry hopped with 2.2 lbs per bbl, this is equivalent to 44 lbs of hops in a 20 bbl batch, or one whole box. This beer was dry hopped with 22# of Ahtanum, which is named after the region of the Yakima Valley where hops were first grown there.
