Eight Bridges OneBox IPA - Ahtanum

The final in the series is One Box Ahtanum, it was designed around a light, somewhat malty base with a solid IPA bitterness level and then dry hopped with 2.2 lbs per bbl, this is equivalent to 44 lbs of hops in a 20 bbl batch, or one whole box. This beer was dry hopped with 22# of Ahtanum, which is named after the region of the Yakima Valley where hops were first grown there. The flavors of this hop are very grapefruity with a woody/geranium background. It has a pleasant hoppyness, a god malt flavor, and some resinous flavors typically found in west coast IPA’s
