There’s a new standard in town, the Brut IPA. We decided to take this one step further and made a double brut IPA. This beer finishes dry for a double, well below similar beers at 8.5% abv. It is a golden straw color with white head. Aromas of pine/resin, citrus, and apricot waft from the glass as you bring it to your nose. The flavor is much the same, though you get gooseberry, and currant added in as well. Finishes dry with a soft bitterness.
