Our second New England style IPA that uses different hopping techniques to achieve the delicious NE style. No wheat flour here, just a heavy dose of wheat and oats in the mash to give it its nice slightly hazy look. Hopped with some Ella from Australia, Hallertau Blanc from Germany and Azacca from the USA, this beer gives wonderful fruity notes in the aroma and flavor. You can find orange, lemon/lime, apricot, gooseberry, melon and some pine resin in it. It has a smooth mouthfeel and a clean finish.
