Our sour base, aged in port barrels with fresh lapin cherries harvested from Brentwood. It has a lovely red hue and has yeast and cherry related haze. Smells a bit like rosé wine and tastes similarly. Finishes with a soft cherry note. Slightly tart and very refreshing, you will not be able to have just one of these.
