This beer started as a brown porter until we added Oregon Blackberry Honey to
the mix. The subtle sweetness at the end is a remnant of the honey. Don’t be
deceived though, this is a very dry porter with flavors including wonderful
roasted barley and chocolate. Dark brown/black color, tan head, medium-light body.
