Edmunds Oast Charleston District

Eight breweries call the northern portion of the Charleston peninsula home. We are fortunate to share a beautiful area, and the passionate pursuit of the perfect pint, with seven neighbors whom we are lucky enough to call friends. Together, we comprise the Charleston Brewery District. For the first in a line of rotating collaborations, we decided to brew a beer that spoke to both our Southern brewing roots and our desire for a thirst-quenching beer after work. Using a variety of locally cultivated heirloom rye and South Carolinian honey, we crafted a complex, yet easy-drinking pale ale.
