Barrel fermented wild ale with montmorency and bing cherries. Multiple year barrel blend of our house wild ale mixed culture aged for five months on a mix of montmorency and bing cherries grown by our dear friend Bill Clark from Diamondback Acres. Brilliant redish hue in appearance with tart pie cherry aromatics. Balanced acidity with a nice dry finish.
