Our version of the classic Belgian Tripel is strong, spicy, dry and very aromatic with fruity, peppery and light alcohol notes. Light notes of citrus combine with a soft, rounded malt profile to create harmony in a glass. We used a Saison yeast to take advantage of its peppery character. This strain leaves a little extra yeast behind which gives it a slightly opaque pale gold color.
