This fresh + crisp west coast IPA features a fairly simple; crisp + bready grain bill to let the hops shine. For bittering hops we used Strata and Citra; for aroma I used Citra, Idaho Gem, Strata and Simcoe Cryo. This beer received a huge dry hop of Strata, Citra, Idaho Gem and Simco Cryo. All of these hops combine to add notes of citrus, citrus peel, dank, pine/resin, and a touch of bubble gum .
