Dry Dock Undertow Pale Ale

This Cold IPA is a hybrid style blending the crisp crushability of an American lager with the juicy hop profile of an American IPA. The grain bill features a light bodied american malt called "Montana Select" from MaltEurop with a healthy addition of rice and wheat. Fermented with a German Lager yeast strain at slightly warmer temperatures to encourage light fruity ester production. This beer is generiously hopped with Citra, Azacca, Mosaic, and El Dorado hops.
