A journey on hop flavor from New Zealand, that doesn’t require a trip to Middle Earth. I used a pretty simple grain bill to let the hops be the true star of the show. I used three different N.Z. varieties; Waimea, Rakau, and Waiti. Waimea provides the backbone of pine and citrus and set the stage for Rakau + Waiti to showcase tropical fruits, additional citrus, and a hint of green apple/pear
