We utilize the finest malts and hops from Germany to create a beer as crisp and bright as a sunny spring day. Delicate bready malt and light fruitiness are balanced by a soft Noble hop spice. Kölschs are a hybrid of sorts. They are fermented at warmer temperatures and then “lagered” at cool temperatures.
