Tmavé Pivo, or literally “dark beer” in Czech, is a balanced lager that is brewed using the traditional decoction mashing method to bring out rich caramelized flavors and complexity. There are notes of dried fruit, toffee, and roasted malts. Noble hops were used thoughtfully to create balanced bitterness with a pleasant, subtle, aroma with citrus and floral notes
