A Trappist-style Single we brewed with Bernard Jene, winner of best in show at the 2016 Big Beers, Belgians, and Barleywines Festival’s homebrew competition. A delicate Belgian-style blonde with noble hop aromas accompanied by lemon, banana, and clove. Blanced yet refreshingly dry with soft, natural carbonation.
