A golden sour aged on peaches in 2nd use whiskey barrels. Reminiscent of a Flanders Red (think Duchesse de Bourgogne), this beer gives essence of juicy, sweet peach, followed by understated whiskey notes of caramel, vanilla, and toffee leading into a pleasant floral and tart finish. A decidedly intriguing sour beer.
