Back in 1997, co-owner of Dry Dock, Kevin Delange, delivered a keg at the last minute to fill an unfulfilled slot for the first day of Falling Rock’s 10th Anniversary Celebration. We’ve been on tap there ever since, so Chris and Beth wanted to brew a beer with us to celebrate their 20th Anniversary (20 years!!!).
What we ended up with is a light and crisp IPA made with Pilsner, Vienna, and Wheat malts. It was finished off with an obscene amount of Simcoe Lupulin Powder, Idaho 7 hops, and Galaxy hops in the whirlpool and for Dry Hopping. Expect notes of papaya, grapefruit, passionfruit, and a slight bit of dankness followed by just a touch of malt sweetness.
