This tart and refreshing beer starts with a traditional Gose formula but with a healthy dose of dried lime peel at the end of the boil. During fermentation a charge of key lime juice was added. This beer is well balanced with acidy, drinkability, and a hint of salt. Perfect for a hot summer day and a couple of fish tacos.
