Cold IPA is a hybrid style blending the Crisp crushability of an American lager with the juicy hop profile of an American IPA. This beer is hopped with solely Azacca hops with a heavy focus on post boil additions. Azzaca is pronounced with berry, citrus, and pine; with hints of stone fruit and tropical fruits. Fermented with an American Lager yeast strain at slightly warmer temperatures to encourage light ester production.
