This new hazy is loaded with Mosaic, Wai-ti, and Rakau hops. Mosaic provides tangerine, berry, and notes of lime zest. Hailing from New Zealand, Wai-ti provides big notes of fresh peaches and other stone fruits. Also from New Zealand, Rakau helps round out this IPA by adding profiles of resinous pine and hints of apricot.
