A barrel aged golden sour aged for 12 months in Chardonnay barrels with multiple yeast and bacteria strains. Notes of stone fruit, toasted oak, citrus, and light Chardonnay emanate from the glass. This beer was intended to be fruited, but when sampling from the barrels, we decided it was so stellar on its own we just didn’t feel right altering it.
