Our Fresh Hop beer for 2018! We got Chinook Cascade, and Nugget fresh hops (picked from the vine and used within 24 hours!) from our friends at Highwire Hops in Paonia and added some fantastic malted barley from our friends at Root Shoot Malting in Loveland to make this aromatic and flavorful All Colorado beer. Expect notes of honeysuckle, ruby red grapefruit, pine, berries, stone fruit, and mint over a base of honey and bready malts. PS we even threw in a few hops from the vines outside the building.
