White grapes, apples, berries, and oak are just some of the gorgeous characteristics waiting to be discovered in this unblended sour. Aged in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for about a year, this blonde sour was inoculated with a blend of lacto, pedio, and select fruity brett strains and has continued impressing us with its ever-changing range of flavors.
