Grist features 66.6% malted wheat with the remainder being pilsner malt made from spring barley. Unlike its parental Hefeweizen strain, Bananza is non-phenolic and therefore incapable of producing clove flavors that would mask its pure banana profile. Pairs well with smoked bbq.
