A traditional sour mash aged on French Oak barrels for six months, then fermented again for several weeks with loads of fresh peaches. In the bottle you’ll find big peach aroma, a delicate mouthfeel, and a tart, dry finish. And with a lower ABV, you can enjoy the delicious complexity of a barrel aged beer all day.
