We brew this Tripel with a Trappist yeast strain
to hold true to the traditional style. We add Michigan Cherries after
fermentation to add a slight tartness and a mild fruit flavor while remaining
beer forward. The flavors are incredibly complex with a slight sweetness
that still finishes dry on the palate.
