What we can say is that we used a homogenized blend of hops(cascade, chinook, challenger) from High Five Hop Farm right here in Marshall, MI. The farm is less than 10 minutes south of the brewery so these hops are put in the beer as fresh as anyone can get them, pretty exciting.
