Jam is our semi year round IPA brewed with rye and hopped intensely with Vic Secret. For this batch, we decided to take Jam and dry hop it with Mosaic instead. Peach, Pineapple, Dark Berries, Mango, slightly dank, all complimented by the pleasant spice from the rye.
Hops: Mosaic, Columbus
Grain: Golden Promise, Rye, Flaked Oats, Dextrose
