Boasting a pale yellow haze and cloudy soft mouthfeel, the second run of our Tropospheric IPA series finds a balance between its layers of lemongrass, white peach, ruby red grapefruit and balsam fir needles. Within this batch, we wanted to blend West Coast hops into this East Coast IPA, bringing out the classic characteristics of Amarillo, Centennial and Simcoe.
