Crystal Coast Spy Daddy Blackberry Berliner Weisse

Using a pound per gallon of blackberries, Spy Daddy hits hard with a strong dark berry nose. This follows through onto the palate with the initial sip, then evolving into a clean acidity. Our use of white wheat and toasted oats leads to a medium body, lactobacillus provides a balanced tartness, and an effervescent carbonation allows for a refreshing finish.
