Crystal Coast Sploosh - Tart Farmhouse W/ Peaches

Brewed with our good friends at Southern Pines Brewing, this recipe was borrowed from the one and only Kissin’ Kate Barlow. Looking like a straight peach in the glass, there’s no getting around what this beer is – pure peach juice. Brewed with a French farmhouse yeast, the orchard fruit esters from fermentation mingle wonderfully with the fruit and acidity. With a medium body, but bubbly carbonation, you’ll definitely feel the fuzz on this one. Brewed with a pound per gallon of peaches, and local grown Carolina Malt House malt.
