Putting an American twist on one of our favorite German styles, we developed Haus Party Pils. Brewed with majority Pilsner, and a pinch of Vienna, the main focus of this lager is on the hops. Utilizing old school and new German varieties, we used Hallertau Hersbrucker and Callista in the boil, then doubled down on the Callista, throwing in a healthy dry hop addition.
The final result is a hazy and straw colored Kellerpils that pours with a fluffy white head. Aromas of lemon-citrus and yellow flower are very present. These follow through onto the palate, with a malt backbone of crackers and hay. A crisp and clean finish keeps this light beer refreshing and easy to drink.
