Pouring deep brown with a beautiful garnet tint, this beer is a classic interpretation of the Munich-style Dunkel. Within the glass, wonderful characteristics of cocoa powder and toasted bread will envelop the nose and palate. Medium bodied, with a balanced and creamy carbonation, Dougalew is the beer that perfectly accompanies our transition into the cooler weather of autumn and winter. Original recipe is credited to our good buddy Doug, with malts provided by the awesome folks at Carolina Malt House.
