Crystal Coast Cumulus IPA: Tropospheric IPA Series No. 003

Pouring with a gorgeous golden-yellow haze, the third run of our Tropospheric IPA series finds a balance between its layers of juicy cantaloupe melon and mango, with a soft bitterness reminiscent of pulpy grapefruit juice. Within this batch, we wanted to go heavy on one of our favorite hops – Citra. Playing support, you’ll also catch some candied fruit notes from El Dorado. Both varieties were Double Dry Hopped, leading to a heavily saturated hop character. White wheat and toasted oats lead to a balanced malt background and cloudy soft mouthfeel, concluding with a clean finish.
