Crystal Coast 2nd Anniversary IPA

To commemorate our 2nd Anniversary, we wanted to go bold. In doing so, we chose to brew this hazy, pale orange IPA with two oil rich hops – Mosaic and Nelson Sauvin. On the nose, you’ll take in the aromatics of grapefruit, pine sap, and mango. This follows through on the palate with an herbal dankness, some green hop, and fruitier notes of melon, peach, and juicy fruit gum. These flavors are all held in balance by a background bready cracker note, a mild bitterness, and a soft mouthfeel. In the brewers' opinion, this beer drinks like tropical mimosa.
