We collaborated with our friends at Fallbrook Winery for this well rounded beer. Co-fermented with Grenasche grapes that underwent carbonic maceration, this brew has a classic saison finish with hints of boysenberry, black peppercorn, white wine, and cherry. A tannic quality from the grapes give it a unique twist.
