Even when our brewing partners originate in places far removed from our Southern California home, we still speak the same language: BEER! In the case of our collaboration with Sweden’s S:t Eriks Bryggeri, we aimed to create a colorful IPA brewed with pomegranate. A contemporary blend of Australia and German hop varieties hoping to arouse a touch of fruity tartness and hidden touches of cranberry and tropical fruit punch-like flavors for your senses to feast upon.
