A collaboration with Fall Brewing Company, this is a "West Coast Pale Ale" coming in at 4.9%. Heavily hopped with Mosaic and Centennial (hence the name) and a pinch of Southern Cross. The use of honey and caramel malts balance this hopped up, but not too bitter, pale ale.
