This beer is an ode to the popular food found south of the border--fresh mango sprinkled with Tajin. Our version takes a classic American IPA and turns up the heat with a blend of dried chili, lime, and salt (our spin on Tajin), and a heafty dose of fresh mango puree. The end result is a hop-forward IPA bursting with tropical fruit, and a subtle slightly earthy chili spiciness.
