Barrel-Aged Ginger Julep is our take on a tasty beer cocktail called the “Tom Mix Wash” from the Quarter Bar in Brooklyn, NY. The cocktail features rye, ginger beer, pilsner, and mint. We reinterpreted the concept by aging a strong pilsner in rye barrels before adding fresh ginger and mint.
