This unfiltered West Coast Style IPA is brewed with fresh (wet) hops to enhance the aromatic qualities of Mosaic and El Dorado hops. Using fresh hops accentuates both the fruity and bright green/herbacous notes of the hops. This beer has notes of sweet orange, watermelon candy, fresh cut grass, and lemon grass. It has a soft bitterness for a West Coast IPA but the finish does linger. Its a drinkable IPA that lets the hops shine!
