The use of Mandarina hops imparts a citrus aroma, but this light-bodied IIPA is extremely drinkable with little to no bitterness. Use of the amylase enzyme takes out the majority of the malt sweetness that is normally found in an IIPA, resulting in a bone dry, refreshing beer that's reminiscent of champagne and all about the hop aroma and flavor.
