When our brewer realized the 100th batch was just around the corner, he wanted to commemorate the milestone with a special brew! His recipe includes seven malts and five pounds of ten different hops per barrel. This triple IPA boast 9.25% ABV and 90 IBU. This beer was finished with “Active Dry hopping,” a process where the the beer is pumped continuously through whole leaf hops for a period of three and a half hours after fermentation has completed and just before kegging. Strong Floral and citrus characteristics dominate the nose of this deceptively smooth drinking Imperial IPA.
