Cryo-Dome is a DIPA that profiles the aromatic beauty of Cryo Hops. The body of this beer has a light amber color from the base malts, these also add a touch a sweetness. The nose on this beer is huge! Citrus and melon notes from the Cryo Citra & Cryo Mosaic hops pop and make their way from the nose to the palate. While there is a massive hop presence in this beer the bitterness is mild which makes it easy to drink.
