Subtle toasted grain flavors combine with soft and fruity but clean yeast character, while a hint of spicy Tettnanger hops offer balance to the beer’s residual sweetness.
Full-bodied and well-rounded, this beer is a tribute to our beloved Sous Chef Jon Gilman – a sturdy bottom in a chicken fight, or whenever called upon.
