Munich-style Dunkel
We collaborated on a Munich-style Dunkel with Pink Boots Society Florida just in time for the official season of lager - Oktoberfest! We've been utilizing different brewing methods for our darker lagers including this collaboration, Treber, brewed with a traditional step mash and decoction. Both of these methods really help amplify the malt character and its full complexity.
