The Green Lab is an ongoing experimental hop collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops (Yakima, WA). B-Blend was designed to maximize soluble ester content and focus on the ever-elusive blueberry profile. The Green Lab features Pilsner, Malted Oats, and Flaked Wheat with B-Blend Cryo hop pellets complemented with Mosaic hops.
