Our third version of a classic NE style, double dry-hopped, rotating hop-burst IPA with a mild bitterness and a medium body. Each time we brew this beer we will change the hops, amounts, and/or manner in which they were added to create different flavors and aromas. This version is bursting with tropical aromas and flavors of orange marmalade, grapefruit zest, apricot, and papaya.
