A traditional German Berliner Weisse meant to be an easy drinking beer or “adult lemonade”. It is mildly tart, lemony, and has a nice bready finish, brewed with Organic White Sonora Wheat grown right here in Marana by BKW Farms. It is also offered with a raspberry or woodruff syrup option that is customary in Germany, the syrups balance the tartness of the beer, without making it too sweet. The raspberry adds a light fruity flavor and pink color, the woodruff adds a light tea-like herbal flavor with a light green color.
