This small batch beer is a Red Rye IPA, it was created and brewed by our awesome former Assistant Brewer, Alvin. It has a resinous and piney hop bitterness along with a pleasant grapefruit bouquet from the Cascade hops. The hop character balances the malty richness. With the additional of the rye malt it accentuates a spicy, crisp finish.
